Saturday night meant packed taverns, and this place was no exception. The old portside pub you decided to visit was nearly wall to wall with drunk or soon-to-be-drunk patrons. Getting a drink quickly at this joint would be near impossible. As you wade through the red-faced crowd, you are unknowingly walking into an adventure. There are a select few individuals here with their own story and background. You will meet one.

Who is it you meet?

A. A young serving wench with short, black hair struggling to keep up with the orders. You decided to order your drink right away and hope to get it sometime within the next decade. Get her attention.

B. Sitting by the door is what appears to be a trader or some other upper-middle class dweller, considering his finely-cut clothing and somewhat posh manner. He seems to be very chatty with the innkeeper at the moment, but maybe he'll provide some decent company when he's done.

C.In the corner by a window sits one of the many seafarers with thick black boots resting on the tabletop. She is a woman likely in her mid twenties with short gold-brown hair that stands up in the back. At her hip swings a scabbard and a belt lined with pockets filled numerous other toys no doubt. She might be good for a talk or something me, that is, if you think you could handle a woman like that.

D. You're not entirely sure of what this man's deal is. He sits in the far corner draped in a thick cloak and sipping a drink casually. He seems to look out the window occasionally, but for what?

E. You go back outside to find a black horse left unattended. You ask the stablehand who it belongs to, but he claims it just trotted over recently without a rider. Do you want a free horse?
Each of these people can take you on a different adventure. You will get to know them, they will get to know you. Once you choose a character, you will not meet any of the others, so don't mention them once you've decided. I prefer paragraph format and can do notes if requested. This will probably be a challenge for us both, but I hope to have fun with it.

Is this still open? If so I'll be a young sailor who thinks hes tougher than he actually is and i choose C.

"Well, well, well, what be a fine lass like yerself doing in a place for men?" I ask, trying to sound big like the other sailors on my ship.
